American Tower reports Q3 growth and raises 2026 property revenue outlook

American Tower reported third-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.785 billion, up 2.5% year over year, while net income fell 14.4% to $781 million; AFFO attributable to common stockholders rose 2.4% to $1.335 billion, or $2.87 per share. The company raised its full-year property revenue outlook to $10.785 billion-$10.865 billion, maintained its AFFO midpoint, authorized an additional $2.0 billion in share repurchases, and expects to sell its Canadian subsidiaries for approximately C$288 million, or about $202 million, in the fourth quarter.
