TJX Adds United Rentals Executive Craig Pintoff to Its Board

TJX Companies elected Craig A. Pintoff, United Rentals’ executive vice president and chief administrative officer, to its board and Audit and Finance Committee effective September 16, 2026. Pintoff was deemed independent and will receive TJX’s standard non-employee director compensation, including a $115,000 annual cash retainer and deferred stock awards with a $210,000 annual target value, prorated for his start date.
