HPE reports record Q3 revenue and raises fiscal 2026 and 2027 outlook

Hewlett Packard Enterprise reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $12.2 billion for the period ended July 31, 2026, up 34% year over year, with GAAP diluted EPS of $1.06 and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.11. On September 2, HPE raised its fiscal 2026 revenue growth outlook to 34%-37% and expects at least $3.75 billion in free cash flow, while its fiscal 2027 framework calls for 13%-17% revenue growth and at least $5.0 billion in free cash flow; the company also declared a $0.1425-per-share dividend payable on or about October 16 to shareholders of record September 17.
