Keysight reports record Q3 revenue and raises full-year outlook

Keysight reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $1.846 billion for the period ended July 31, up 36% from $1.352 billion a year earlier, while GAAP diluted EPS rose to $2.30 from $1.10 and non-GAAP diluted EPS increased to $3.07 from $1.72. Orders reached a record $2.091 billion, and the company expects fourth-quarter revenue of $1.930 billion to $1.950 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $3.34 to $3.40; commercial communications led segment growth with revenue up 56% to $1.006 billion.
