Ingersoll Rand reports Q2 revenue growth and raises 2026 outlook

Ingersoll Rand reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.05 billion, up 9% year over year, with adjusted diluted EPS of $0.86, adjusted EBITDA of $520 million and free cash flow of $269 million for the quarter ended June 30. The company updated its full-year 2026 guidance to revenue growth of 4.5% to 6.5%, adjusted EBITDA of $2.13 billion to $2.19 billion and adjusted EPS of $3.45 to $3.57, while announcing the signed acquisition of Italian industrial-filter maker Fai Filtri s.r.l., expected to close in the fourth quarter.
