Fortinet posts 26% revenue growth and raises 2026 guidance

Fortinet reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $2.05 billion for the period ended June 30, up 26% year over year, while GAAP diluted EPS rose 44% to $0.82 and billings increased 33% to $2.37 billion. The company raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $8.02 billion-$8.18 billion, or approximately 19% year-over-year growth, and expects third-quarter revenue of $2.01 billion-$2.10 billion.
