ADP reports 7% fiscal 2026 revenue growth and sets fiscal 2027 outlook

ADP reported fiscal 2026 revenue of $21.9 billion for the year ended June 30, 2026, up 7%, while net earnings rose 8% to $4.4 billion and diluted EPS increased 10% to $10.94. For fiscal 2027, ADP forecast revenue growth of 5% to 6%, adjusted EBIT margin expansion of 70 to 90 basis points, and adjusted diluted EPS growth of 9% to 11%; Employer Services bookings are expected to grow 4% to 7%, while client revenue retention is projected to decline 10 to 30 basis points from 92.1%.
