Coinbase Chief People Officer Lawrence Brock to Step Down in August

Lawrence Brock will leave his role as Coinbase’s Chief People Officer on August 17, 2026, remain an employee through September 1, and provide advisory services from September 2 through November 30. Coinbase expects to appoint Dominique Baillet as his successor; Brock will receive a lump sum equal to three months of his current base salary and continued vesting of restricted stock units scheduled for November 20, subject to continued advisory service.
